french...toast and tennis

I've never blogged about food before. I also have never blogged about tennis. . . Today I'll do both.
This past Sunday was the French Open final, and because of my new interest in tennis, I decided to make the occasion bigger than it normally probably would have been in small town USA...Jefferson City, Tn. haha. My Dad and brother were in town for the weekend, and basically the only way I could bribe them to wake up and drive to my house for the match was the promise of a big breakfast. I am now convinced that you can get a man to do more than he would normally do with the promise of food. Anyhow, that morning I decided to make a french toast casserole to go along with the French Open; I know, I know. Nevertheless, it turned out pretty dang delicious, thanks to this recipe that I found the night before. Seriously though, if you're ever looking for a quick night-before casserole to just pop in the oven the next morning, then this is for sure the one! Enjoy, and don't drool to much looking at these pictures :)
