If you think about it, one year is a long time.
People grow, things change, no new year is like the last. One year ago, when I was just beginning to take an interest in photography, I dragged my poor friend Amy to downtown run down Jefferson City for a photoshoot pretty fun time of frolicking and attempting to take some sweet pix. Today, I once again asked Amy if she would be my ginny pig and come with me back to some of the same places that we went last year. She is always up for an adventure, and of course jumped on the idea on this beautiful sunday afternoon.
Hopefully I gave her some new "sweet pix".
What was cool for me was getting to look back at the photos I took one year ago and the ones I took today, noticing how I have grown as a photographer, things that I see now that I didn't see then, and for memories if anything! What a fun time with Miss Amy and her sassiness! (Just take a look at the bottom photo...it was definitely not staged. She really does get that excited about reading Gone With the Wind...)
What has happened to you in the past year? How have you grown and changed?
